Signs Your PGT Window Replacement Is Failing

• Frame corrosion at the sill or jamb. PGT aluminum frames in beachfront Lantana properties show pitting where the anodized coating has worn at drainage weep locations. Once pitting exceeds 1/16 inch depth, the frame’s structural integrity is compromised and patching is not code-compliant.
