Marcus has been with Sightline since 2017, which means he’s handled roughly 2,400 openings across Palm Beach County. Carlos V., Service Coordinator
Carlos runs the schedule and the phone, which at Sightline means he also reviews every measured survey before it becomes a written quote. He’s been with us since 2020, and he’s the reason our Lantana customers get a callback within the hour instead of a voicemail black hole. Carlos holds manufacturer certifications from ECO Window Systems and Therma-Tru, so when he’s on the phone discussing a patio door swing direction or a garage door track configuration, he’s speaking from product knowledge, not a script. He grew up in Lake Worth and still lives there, which means he knows which Lantana neighborhoods flood first in a summer storm and factors that into our flashing recommendations.
Jin K., Apprentice Installer
Jin joined us in 2023 after completing a construction technology program at Palm Beach State. She’s in her second year of the Sightline apprenticeship, which means she’s logged roughly 400 installs under direct supervision and is now cleared to handle standard vinyl replacement windows and sliding patio doors solo. Jin is working toward her Mr-Glass and ViewLux certifications, and she’s already developed a reputation for spotting water intrusion patterns that others miss, probably from the year she spent documenting mold remediation cases before switching to windows. She commutes from Boynton Beach and is usually the first one on site because she beats the bridge traffic.
